Comments: This magnificent triple-gabled circular, completely wooden building (36 m in diameter, 38 m high) built on three levels of marble stone base. This Daoist complex was visited by the Emperor (Son of Heaven) for annual ceremonies of prayer to Heaven for good harvest. |
