Comments: Chac Mool ("great red jaguar paw" in Mayan) may sym- bolize fallen warrior who deliver offerings (hearts of the sacrificial vic- tims) to the gods. It is usually a reclining figure with the receptacle vessel on the chest. Chac Mools usually found atop of Mayan temples. |
