Comments: The square pillars and the roofs of the Great Palace were covered in a sculpted stucco decor painted in vivid colours. Here is the portrait of K'inich Janaab Pakal I himself. Notice the difference between the normal left leg and deformed, twisted right one of the lame ruler. |
