Comments: The 16th ruler in Tikal succession, Yax Nuun Ayiin I (or
Curly Nose, named after his name glyph) depicted facing front. The
style and regalia worn (shell necklace), recall Teotihuacán traditions.
The protector figure is Bolon Tza'cab (God K), the patron of royalty.
