Comments: CWT was built by William W. Boyington. It prompted Os- car Wilde's decription of it as "a castellated monstrosity with pepper boxes stuck all over it". JHC is a skyscraper designed by Fazlur R. Khan. It used to be the tallest building in the world outside NY City. |
